This recipe also known as Peach Lemonade recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 peaches peeled & cubed
  • 4 Cups water
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • Three quarters Cup Fresh Lemon Juice
Lemonade Preparation:
  1. Bring the peaches, sugar, & water to a boil.
  2. Then simmer until the sugar is dissolved, about 10 minutes.
  3. Allow the mixture to cool, then strain through a sieve, pressing to extract as much juice as possible.
  4. Stir in the lemon juice.

This recipe also known as Pineapple and Banana Smoothie recipe
This smoothie tastes best when made with fresh pineapple juice, which is easy to prepare using a juice extractor.

  • 1 cup — pineapple juice
  • 1 — banana, peeled, sliced & frozen
  • 1 cup — lain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp — sugar
  • 1 cup — pineapple chunks
Pineapple Smoothie Preparation:
  1. In a blender, combine the pineapple juice, banana, yogurt, sugar & pineapple chunks & blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses & serve immediately.

Strawberry Smoothie recipe

This recipe also known as Smoothie banana strawberry

Ingredients
  • 1.5 Cups —- sliced strawberries
  • 1 —- banana
  • 1 tbsp —- orange juice concentrate
  • 1 cup —- soy milk
Strawberry Smoothie Preparation:
  1. Place strawberries & banana in a blender, food processor.
  2. If using fresh strawberries in place of frozen, add ice at this point.
  3. Top with orange juice concentrate & soy milk. Puree until smooth.
  4. If using a blender, you may have trouble pureeing the strawberries, especially if they are whole.
  5. Stop the blender.
  6. Remove it from its motor base. Remove the cover & use a spoon to push the strawberries down into the blades.
  7. Replace the cover & puree until smooth.

  • 1 to 2 cups seedless watermelon chunks
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh mint leaves or to taste
  • Cinnamon to taste

  2. Pulse in to yogurt & cinnamon just until smooth.

Date & Plum juice recipe

A great energy booster for skiing or other winter sports, this warming drink can also be made with cold milk, if you prefer. Dates contain magnesium, which is needed for the release of energy & to avoid muscle fatigue & cramps. They are also high in potassium to replace any loss due to perspiration. Soy milk provides carbohydrate & fatty acids needed for energy. The plums add sweetness & flavor & also contain some magnesium & potassium.

Ingredients for Date & Plum juice:-
  • 6 dates pitted & chopped
  • Half cup water
  • 2 canned dark plums in natural juice (drained, halved & pitted)
  • 200 ml hot soy milk
Date & Plum juice preparation:
  1. In a small saucepan, combine the dates & water.
  2. Bring to a boil, stirring until the mixture forms a paste.
  3. Spoon into a blender.
  4. Add the plums & soy milk & blend until smooth.
  5. Serve immediately.

  • 8 cups —- cubed seeded watermelon
  • Quarter cup —- sifted powdered sugar
  • 150 gms —- frozen lemonade concentrate thawed
  • optional – Mint springs
Preparation:
  1. Place watermelon in a large bowl; cover & freeze.
  2. Place half of frozen watermelon, half of powdered sugar, & half of concentrate in a blender, & process until smooth.
  3. Serve while cold.
  4. Do the same procedure with the other half of the ingredients.

Serves 1

Ingredients:-
  • 250 ml —- milk
  • 1 —- small cinnamon sticks (dalchini) stick
  • Half tsp —- freshly grated nutmeg (Jaiphal)
  • Half tsp —- maple syrup
  • Ovaltine (suitable quantity)
Food preparation:
  1. place milk, cinnamon stick & nutmeg in a saucepan & warm gently.
  2. Allow to infuse for at least half an hour.
  3. Add maple syrup & ovaltine, stir to dissolve.
  4. When the milk is hot strain into a mug.
  5. You could infuse double the amount & refrigerate it to use the next day.

Apple with Pear

Makes 1 cup.
Because the skin is an organ of elimination, rashes can indicate the need for improved toxin removal by the body. Beets help to promote liver function, which improves the elimination ability of the digestive system. The carotenes in beet also help to maintain good skin health. Ginger acts as an anti-inflammatory agent to help reduce the itchiness of eczema, while apple & pear are gentle to the system & provide soluble fiber.
Ingredients:-
  • 1 —– chopped Apple
  • 1 —– chopped Pear ( Nashpati )
  • Half large —– chopped Beetrool ( Chuqandar )
  • Half inch Piece —– fresh ginger
Method:-
  1. Process all the ingredients and mix well in a juice extractor.
  2. Drink immediately.
